Hosted on Vercel; authentication and data via Supabase; billing via Stripe. Case workspace content is treated as confidential customer data. TLS in transit; provider encryption at rest.

Compliance status (honest)

SOC 2 Type II: Not yet attested. Formal report on the roadmap. We do not claim current SOC 2 certification.

SSO / SAML: Enterprise roadmap; discuss timeline under NDA for contracted deployments.

GDPR / privacy: Privacy Policy published; DPAs for Enterprise on request. Contact privacy@patentpreppers.com.

Compliance roadmap (July 2026)

1. Now — TLS; at-rest encryption via providers; Supabase Auth; published Privacy Policy and subprocessors; questionnaires on request.
2. Next — Enterprise SSO / SAML; expanded RBAC; Enterprise DPA pack.
3. Then — SOC 2 Type I/II with an independent auditor; report under NDA.
